BIERBANK brewed BELGIAN WHEAT ALE especially for the summer season for all wheat beer fans. The recipe includes special Belgian malt and special breeds of hop which give the beer specific to BELGIAN WHITE ALE aromas.
BELGIAN ALE is the beer with smooth hop bitterness, rich foam and aromas of coriander, zest, cumin and hops with a hint of spices. IBU – 15. It is recommended to drink from a Sensorik glass at a temperature of +7°C - +8°C. The beer is brewed according to the ale technology in a two-mash method of Bavarian malt from Weyerman, German hop from Joh. Barth&Sohn, without enzymes, clarifiers, without chemical and physical interventions (forced filtration, pasteurisation, preservation) into the natural processes of brewing and bottling of beer. Top fermentation takes place in classic tanks.
Light beer, draught, unpasteurized, unfiltered. Ingredients: drinking water; light wheat malt; malt brewing barley: light, caramel, dark; wheat*; hop; yeast. Yeast deposit is allowed (May contain yeast deposit). Mass fraction of dry matter in the original wort: 12%. Alcohol content no more than 4.2% by volume. Nutrition facts of 100 g of beer: carbohydrates no more than 4.7 g, energy value 46 (193) kcal (kJ). Storage conditions: +2°С - +4°С.
