BIERBANK PaleAle is one of the most progressive types of the brewery’s beer, which represents Indian Pale Ale. It is the golden-amber colour with excellent white foam. It is notable for the strong exotic aroma of American hops (Chinook, Azacca, Citra and Centennial) giving to beer mild fruit flavours of mango and passionfruit, peach and citrus. The taste of the beer is more aggressive, with a slight feeling of juicy tropical fruits, intense grapefruit flavours, strong, but not coarse hop bitterness with smooth, resinous hints of Chinook hops that dominate the long aftertaste. Fashionable and bright IPA gained recognition among fans of craft beer not for nothing.
